The Grand Prize Winner will be selected by the doctor(s) and staff of Richard A. D'Amico, MD, FACS Plastic Surgery and Skin Care Center. Should the Grand Prize Winner not be a good candidate for the selected Grand Prize treatment, a substitution of equal or lesser value may be substituted at the discretion of Richard A. D'Amico, MD, FACS Plastic Surgery and Skin Care Center. The Grand Prize Winner will have 90 days after the initial date of notification to claim their prize. If they fail to claim their prize before the 90 day period, another winner will be chosen and announced.
